About Ashley Burns, DDS

Ashley Burns, DDS, is a general and cosmetic dentist providing complete oral health care to individuals and families in Midland, Texas.

Dr. Burns studied at Baylor University in Waco, Texas, earning her Bachelor of Science in forensics with a minor in biology and chemistry. After graduation, she enrolled at the Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, earning her Doctorate of Dental Surgery.

Following graduation in 2009, Dr. Burns relocated to Midland and worked at a corporate dental office. She learned much during this experience but felt people were treated like numbers instead of individuals. That inspired her to find a new avenue to pursue her dream –– providing patient-centered, compassionate dentistry to people of all ages.

Dr. Burns joined the family dentistry practice of Dr. Robert Bennett in 2011. She became the new owner after Dr. Bennett’s retirement in 2014. 

People from all over Midland County visit Dr. Burns to access her dental expertise. She offers a full suite of in-house services, including cosmetic, restorative, and general dentistry. 

Dr. Burns understands that everyone has unique dental needs. She loves providing personalized services, including patient education and preventive screenings. Dr. Burns genuinely cares about her patient’s health and helps them achieve beautiful and vibrant smiles. 

Dr. Burns is a member of several professional organizations, including the Texas Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the PBDA. She’s also a local Spears Study Club member, which encourages hands-on collaboration and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing between dental professionals.
